My experience is grounded at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel on NYC's central park south for 17 years in NYC. I am a passionate chef with variable hands-on experience creating culinary delight. In addition to my experiences and personal qualities, I have a solid educational foundation and skill for international cuisine, especially French, Italian, and Asian. I am also extremely experienced in preparing regional American cuisine.
